🍝 NEW! Quick Comfort Food for Busy Nights 💡 Easy Dinners After Easter 🧽 Spring Cleaning Tips

Hello, Reader,

We recently visited our son and daughter-in-law, who recently welcomed their very first baby (we love being grandparents!). Knowing how exhausting those newborn days can be, I packed up some freezer meals to bring along — and this Tortellini Sausage Casserole was a big hit. I even doubled the batch so we could keep some in our own freezer! And, confession - we've already eaten it and LOVED it!

She was the wife of my husband’s co-worker, and although we didn’t know each other well at first, she kindly took me under her wing.
