🐔 My Lazy Way to Prep Chicken for the Week 🥄 + Quick Dinners for the Weekend +💚A Quick Fashion Hack

Hello, Reader,

I love hearing people’s best “handy time-saving cooking tips,” and one I often hear is: “Just grab a rotisserie chicken!” But can I confess something?

That idea stresses me out—for one reason only: Don’t make me pick chicken off the bone!! Yuck! 😅

If you feel the same, I’ve got your back. Today’s featured recipe is my Dutch Oven Chicken—an easy, no-fuss way to cook a whole chicken without that messy picking process. The result is juicy, flavorful meat that’s perfect for meal prep, sandwiches, casseroles, and getting extra protein in your week.

A "Fashion Hack"?

Once I find a pair of comfy, flattering jeans—I wear them multiple days in a row. (No shame here! I’m mostly home, and they’re just so easy to throw on.)

I’ve rounded up a list of Spring-friendly jeans similar to the ones I'm loving that work full-length for chilly days and cuff easily into capris when it’s warm. Denim goes with nearly every top in my closet, and this trick makes choosing outfits daily so much easier!

Have a fabulous day!

blackberry jam being poured into a jar

Hello, Reader, Every once in a while, a recipe carries more than just delicious flavor—it carries a memory, a lesson, and a legacy. Today’s feature recipe is one of those. She was the wife of my husband’s co-worker, and although we didn’t know each other well at first, she kindly took me under her wing. I didn’t even realize at the time just how much she was teaching me. She gently passed on her homemaking wisdom—from...
